Upon purchase you will receive an email with a PDF download link. In this document you will have the opportunity to schedule your kick-off call with me and your website build out day. I typically recommend at least one week between the kick-off call and the build out day to ensure you have time to get all of your copy, photos, images, etc together for me. Simple HIPAA contact forms included. If more complex HIPAA forms are desired there may be an extra fee. Domain and hosting not included in package. (If you need recommendations for these I can provide some for you.)
